Headers with flexible cutterbar

ZhZS headers are designed for harvesting soybeans and cereal crops. A special feature when harvesting soybeans is the need to mow it at a low cut and on wet, soft soil. The flexible cutterbar, mounted on a levered suspension, adapts perfectly to the field contours. Thanks to this, the cutting height can be set at 25 mm, which is significantly lower than with conventional grain headers. This allows you to harvest soybean pods growing at a height of 40-50 mm from the ground, reducing losses behind the header when harvesting soybeans to the irreducible minimum. When harvesting crops that do not require a low cut, there is an opportunity to turn off cutterbar copying by fixing it on the header frame.

Farms do not need to buy additional grain headers, soybean headers allow you to harvest high-quality spiked cereals, grain legumes and cereal crops.

So that to reduce ground pressure the header shoes have an enlarged surface. Header dividers are made the tightest possible, right-side frame is equipped with cover for impact reduction on stalks during the harvesting and for reducing seed drop. The header can be aggregated with a wide range of grain harvesters.
