Grain pick-ups

Grain pick-ups PZ and its modifications are designed for picking up and feeding rolls of grain, leguminous, rice and cereal crops into the thresher of a harvester during separate harvesting. Like the header, this adapter is well adapted to work on uneven fields and provides longitudinal and transverse field relief following. Its design prevents clogging, winding and blowing off the collected mass.

The pick-up cleanly removes grain crops cut and swathed by windrowers. The pick-up ensures the high quality of the technological process and increases the efficiency of the combines when picking up windrows.

The support wheels are made self-aligning, which improves the maneuverability of the harvester. Adjusting the height of the conveyor pins above the soil surface, depending on the condition of the swaths being picked up and the field topography, is carried out by rearranging the distance bushings.

The normalizer is designed to prevent the pick-up swath from being blown off by the wind, its directed feeding under the platform auger and to improve the activity of the conveyor impact on the mass. Adjusting the position of the teeth of the normalizer provides the necessary force for pressing the mass to be transported against the conveyor.

Aggregation with a wide range of combine harvesters is possible.
