Grain headers

ZhZK headers are designed for harvesting grain crops, and with the use of special devices also for harvesting rapeseed, grain legumes and cereal crops. The header provides maximum productivity, helping you get the most out of your combine harvester so you get the best possible yield, no matter the crop or conditions.

The standard equipment of the harvester includes a transport trolley. It helps to get to the field on public roads quickly and easily aggregate the header directly in the field without additional devices.

Main advantages:

• a reliable cutterbar with a system of pairwise segment alternation (notch up - notch down) provides an exceptionally clean cut of the grain mass, while the device works great on laid and wet grain, providing a high-quality cut;
• stamp-welded fingers have upper and lower cutting edges, which eliminates the need for adjustments during operation;
• when harvesting laid grain, stalk lifters ensure stable lifting of stalks from the ground;
• the actuator controlled from the cab allows you to smoothly change the reel rotation speed, quickly controlling the intensity of the grain mass flow. This provides a uniform supply of mass to the threshing machine, increasing the stability and quality of threshing;
• the reel slats are bolted to the tine arms, which greatly simplifies repairs and makes it easy to replace damaged bars even in the field;
• reel tine arms are reinforced and made without connecting pins, which prevents straw winding;
• a simple and reliable hydromechanical mechanism for longitudinal and transverse copying allows efficient use of the entire working width of the header. The same low cut is ensured regardless of the unevenness of the field.
