Maize headers

The maize headers are designed for mowing maize in any phase of grain ripeness, sorghum, sunflower and other tall crops. Rotary headers cut stems cleanly and at the same height.

The stalks are conveyed to the feeder unit only by the lower part. This allows you to completely avoid the loss of maize cobs, leaving a perfectly harvested field behind the machine. Headers allow you to harvest even in difficult conditions, such as laid maize, tough growth or corn overgrown with weeds.

Maize headers have a wide unloading window and correspondingly located central separators and scrapers. This makes it possible to ensure a more uniform supply of cut plant mass to the feeder unit when the harvester is operating in high-yielding fields, and to optimally use the width of the receiving window and the chopping cylinder.

The 6 meter wide header guarantees excellent performance and throughput for powerful harvesters. Thanks to the small drum, the crop is quickly captured by the header, while ensuring reliable and efficient work regardless of the distance between the rows and the direction of the harvester. For ease of transport on public roads, the header folds.
