In order to improve OJSC “Gomselmash” representation on Chinese market and capture other agricultural regions of PRC, during official visit of government delegation from People's Republic of China to Republic of Belarus (11 may 2015) headed by the president of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, was signed joint-venture agreement with industrial corporation “Jungshen”.

From this moment started the activities on preparing of assembling areas and carrying out procedures to registry joint venture. 6 September 2015 OJSC “Gomselmash” and LLC “Industrial corporation Jungshen” registrated in Chungking joint venture LLC “Chungking agricultural machinery industry enterprise Jungshen-Gomel”. Joint venture plans at the first stage to create two assembling areas – in Weisang district, Handan, Hebei province and also in new Lanzhou industrial economic zone, in Gansu province.

On 29 of September 2015 took place an opening ceremony of the first assembling area of the joint venture in Hebei province. In this ceremony participated deputy Minister of Industry of Republic of Belarus Pavel Utiupin, Senior commercial and economic Counsellor of belarusian embassy in PRC Leonid Batianovskiy, heads of party committee of CPC of Handan and Weisang. From the side of OJSC “Gomselmash” there were members of Management Board of joint venture LLC “Chungking agricultural machinery industry enterprise Jungshen-Gomel” – deputy general engineer Vladimir Kozlov and deputy director of regional sales department Sergey Gapeev.
Also the governor of Hebei province, Mr. Djang Jinvei had a meeting with belarusian delegation. As a result of the meeting, was signed support agreement on the part of the administration of Hebei province toward joint project of OJSC “Gomselmash” and LLC “Industrial corporation Jungshen”.

With the participation of technical experts of OJSC “Gomselmash” and LLC “Industrial corporation Jungshen” by the end of 2015 will have been organized preparation for the production on rented areas in Weisang district and new Lanzhou industrial economic zone, purchase of accessories and facilities required, ratification of division lists and licence contracts.
