Along with the new design in the configuration of harvester were implemented solutions aimed to improve operational flexibility, production rate, stability of technological processes. The machine is powered by YaMZ-238DE-22 with a capacity of 330 h.p. The “child” models, designed for the markets of the European Union and other countries, provide the usage of MercedesBenz engines and power units from other manufacturers.
The new harvester is a really multipurpose machine: it can work with twelve models of changeable adapters. Among them - grain headers 6, 7 and 9 m width, equipment set for grain maize harvesting, 8- and 12-rows headers for sunflower harvesting. This list continues with soybean harvesting headers of 6 and 7 m, two kinds of grain pickups, rape adapters of 6 and 7 meters. Multifunction jack provides the convenience and ease of header mounting.
Among the effective solutions it ought to be noted the dust extraction in the feed elevator, enforcement of feed elevator structure and its driving gear, shaking board and its drag-link. The increase of grain tank volume up to 9000 liters provides an appreciable increase of production rate by reducing the number of process interruptions for grain unloading.
The designers didn`t forget about the operating room of the harvester: updated cabin interior, new ergonomic steering column, operator's seat on air spring suspension with four stages of adjustment allows to increase significantly the level of operating comfort.
