Belarus national exhibition, part of which formed the production of holding “GOMSELMASH”, was opened by Belarusian Ambassador to South Africa Andrei Molchan. Opening of Belarusian stand was visited by Mozambique President Filipe Nyusi with members of the government.

Mozambique is agricultural state with good soil, where are grown tropical fruits, nuts, sugar cane, sorghum and also rice, maize and cassava (these are the main food crops in the republic). The availability of agricultural equipment is very low and usually manual harvesting is used here. For this reason the head of the Mozambique state showed special interest in the development of cooperation with Belarus in the sphere of agriculture. And grain combine harvesters PALESSE GS575 with the engine power 155 h.p. perfectly suit such fields and conditions.
During the exhibition stand of holding “GOMSELMASH” was also visited by the Prime Minister of Mozambique Carlos Agostinho do Rosário, Director of International Business Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Roman Sobolev, representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Mozambique.
During “FACIM-2017” were held negotiations with regional agricultural producers interested in purchasing of equipment, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Mozambique, representatives of the Cotton Institute.
