Social policy

1. Employees who have worked at the "GOMSELMASH" holding for 5 years or more will be awarded a Certificate of Honor with a material aid of 3 basic figures in honor of their 30th anniversary (in the absence of outstanding disciplinary penalties).

2. Young employees (under the age of 31) who have concluded (extended) an employment contract with OJSC "Gomselmash" for a maximum period of time are provided with financial assistance from the company's funds to compensate for expenses in the amount of 50% spent by them while studying at VSAAAN (Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy of the Republic of Belarus) driving schools in the Gomel region for the right to drive a vehicle of a category A or B.

3. When employees of the holding get married, a bus is provided for wedding celebrations at a 50% discount within the Gomel region.

4. Employees who were employed at the first workplace in the company after completing their military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and persons who joined the company within three months after completing their military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, who worked for another employer before conscription, should be paid material aid from the funds of OJSC "Gomselmash" in the amount of ten basic values and ten base values after a year of operation.

The Gomselmash agro-hunting base is located in a picturesque location on the banks of the Dnieper River in a pine forest. The staff of the base will offer you rest and overnight stay in comfortable and cozy rooms.

Corporate events are held annually at the base.

There is a restaurant on the territory of the holding, the plant's employees study and try with genuine interest the positions that many Selmash employees have already loved, and choose products that workers return to with great pleasure. The Gomselmash Catering plant is responsible for the richness of the assortment, quality and taste. There are 5 canteens and 9 buffets.

During the reporting period, the staff of the Palace of Culture organized and conducted over 200 events for employees of the holding and their family members, and over 24,000 people attended these activities. Not only traditional events dedicated to state and professional holidays, but also original competition programs are held in a diverse and interesting way. During 2024, 88 sporting events were held on the basis of the Gomselmash sports and recreation complex, in which more than 11.2 thousand people from among the Selmash employees and their family members took part. The sports and recreation complex of OJSC "Gomselmash" continues to host participants of various sporting events at its venues. Sports grounds for various outdoor sports are also located on the territory. The complex provides services for various sports and physical education for children, teenagers and adults. The company organizes sports sections, trainings and competitions. It can be used for physical education and recreation activities.
